Sharks with frickin’ laser beams…

Well almost,

Our newest toy at TRIDENT MT is the not so humble laser. We have taken to creating a visual feedback tool for the purpose of re-patterning and rehab. Whilst typically a clinician would give you verbal feedback as to what to focus on and positioning through movement the laser allows you to focus on actively maintaining those movements and corrections using your own sense of vision. This type of therapy has gained more and more interest into the literature framework in rehabbing ACL tears, re-establishing cervical control, creating a functional approach to core stability etc.

This tool allows us to monitor movement more closely and for you the patient to be able to control this movement whilst having a visual form of feedback.

This is primarily aiming to improve function of movement and thus reducing pain.
