About the Class

This small group class is designed to help women build strength, confidence, and understanding in how to exercise safely and effectively. It provides a supportive, educational environment where movement is tailored to each individual. If you’re recovering from injury, returning to exercise, or looking to improve strength, coordination, bone health, and balance, this may be the class for you.

What You’ll Experience

A small-group (max 4-5), women-focused setting

Individualised guidance and education

Progressive, evidence-based strength training

Exercises that address bone health, balance, injury recovery, and falls prevention

A welcoming environment that encourages women to use their bodies freely and try movements they may not have felt confident attempting before

Equipment and Space

We provide all necessary equipment. The class uses a full gym setup, ranging from floor work, lighter weights, and resistance bands to reformer Pilates, a full squat rack and heavier weights. Sessions incorporate balance training and functional movements to build strength and coordination safely.

Do I need to be strong already?
No, we tailor each session to your ability and goals.

Can I join anytime?
Yes, new participants are welcome as spaces allow.

Do I have to sign up to a term?
No, we’re happy to accommodate your schedule as best we can.

Who takes the class?
One of our experienced Chiropractors. Mostly Laura, though sometimes David fills in when necessary.

What should I bring?
Just yourself, comfortable exercise clothes (including gym shoes/trainers), and a water bottle.

How much does it cost?
Sessions are charged at $35 per class.
