Trident is excited to announce that we will be undertaking Athlete Profiling Research specific to surf boat rowing.
Over the coming weeks we will be rolling out testing for all surf boat athletes to gain data to:
- improve performance
- prevent injury
- assist strength and conditioning programs.
This data will also be used for sweeps to track athletes progress throughout the season and identify athletes with higher injury risk.
