Back pain, neck pain, headaches, migraines, sciatica, shoulder pain, knee pain, hip pain, sports injuries, muscle strains, joint pain and posture-related problems. We build a personalised, evidence-based plan for each, aimed at reducing pain, improving movement, and getting you back to what you enjoy.
No - you can book directly with our team. If you’re eligible for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan through your GP, you may be able to access Medicare rebates for part of your care, so it’s worth asking your doctor about your eligibility.
We’ll take the time to understand your symptoms, health history, lifestyle and movement goals, then run a comprehensive assessment - posture, movement, orthopaedic and neurological testing where relevant. Once we’ve found the likely cause, we’ll explain what we found, answer your questions, and build a personalised plan that might include chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, rehab exercises and practical advice.
Longer than most. Our Initial Consultation is 60 minutes, our Long Consultation is 45 minutes, and our Standard Consultation is 30 minutes - enough time to actually get to know you and your goals, not just treat symptoms.
Initial Consultation: $172. Long Consultation: $120. Standard Consultation: $97. Pricing is upfront and transparent, and we offer on-the-spot HICAPS claiming for eligible private health funds. If cost is a barrier, talk to one of our practitioners - we’ll do what we can to make care accessible.
It depends on your symptoms, goals and how long the issue has been around. Our focus isn’t on keeping you coming back indefinitely - it’s on getting you back to what you enjoy as quickly as possible, with the knowledge and tools to manage things yourself.
Yes - home exercises are often a key part of recovery. We’ll give you simple, personalised strategies to build strength, mobility and confidence.
In most cases, yes. We’ll help you modify training or daily activities where needed so you can keep moving safely while you recover.
Pain is about more than tissues and joints - so we take the time to understand your story, your goals and what’s actually getting in your way. We combine hands-on care, movement-based rehab, and pain science education to help you build confidence and get back to what matters.
We combine hands-on treatment, movement assessment, exercise rehabilitation and education to reduce pain, improve function and rebuild confidence in your body - working with you to understand what’s driving your pain, not just treating the symptom in front of us.
Both help you manage pain, recover from injury and improve movement, though the assessment and treatment methods can differ. At Trident, we focus on understanding your experience of pain and combining hands-on care, rehab, exercise, and education to help you get back to what you enjoy, long term.
A chiropractor assesses, diagnoses and manages conditions affecting your muscles, joints, nerves and movement - back and neck pain, headaches, sports injuries and persistent pain among them. We combine hands-on care, exercise rehab, movement retraining and education to help you build confidence and get back to doing what matters.
Yes. We regularly help people with persistent pain and long-standing injuries - chronic doesn’t mean unchangeable. A thorough assessment and personalised plan can help identify what’s really driving your symptoms and build back your confidence and function.
Pain can persist for lots of reasons - physical, lifestyle, work, stress, sleep and movement all play a part, which is why treating symptoms alone doesn’t always create lasting change. We work with you to understand what’s really driving your pain and give you practical strategies to reduce the chance of it flaring up again.
Generally not. Treatment is tailored to your comfort level, and most people report little to no discomfort. We’ll always explain what we’re doing and work within your tolerance.
Yes - adjustments are considered safe for most people when performed by a qualified, registered chiropractor, and every treatment at Trident is tailored to you. Not comfortable with adjustments? That’s completely fine - we have plenty of other evidence-informed options, including soft tissue therapy, exercise rehab and movement retraining.
Not necessarily. Joint adjustments are one tool among many, never a requirement - if you’d rather avoid the “crack,” we’ll use soft tissue therapy, movement retraining, exercise rehab or education instead.
It’s not necessarily a problem - findings like these are common even in people with no pain at all. We look at your symptoms, lifestyle and goals alongside the imaging, not the scan in isolation, to help you understand what it actually means for you.
Yes - though our focus is on helping you move with confidence, not chasing a “perfect” posture. We’ll look at your movement habits, strength, mobility and lifestyle to help you find sustainable ways to move that reduce pain and stiffness.
